Photography Rates
- $250 per hour
- 3-hour minimum session
- Includes return of 200+ professionally edited images
Booking Information
- $250 booking fee required to reserve your appointment
- Booking fee is applied toward the total session cost
- Signed photography contract required for all bookings
- Parent or guardian signature required for clients under 18
- $100 travel fee applies outside Salt Lake County

Photography Information & Policies
Please read and familiarize yourself with the following policies before booking. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all photography rental policies.
Cancellation Policy
Payments are fully refundable when cancellations are made at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled rental date.
Cancellations made less than three (3) days before the reservation date will forfeit the rental payment, which will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Occupancy Limits
Photography rentals are limited to a maximum of three (3) individuals, including the photographer.
Additional participants must receive prior approval from Baxter Manor before arrival.
Rental Time
Your reserved photography session runs from:
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
A brief orientation tour will be provided at 11:45 AM for the photographer. Please arrive on time, as the rental period cannot be extended.
Property Access
An innkeeper will meet the photographer at the front entrance on 200 North at 11:45 AM and provide a guided orientation of the property.
The orientation will identify:
- Areas available for photography
- Areas currently unavailable due to guest occupancy
- Historic features requiring special care
Because Baxter Manor operates as an active bed and breakfast, access to certain guest rooms may vary from day to day.
Respect for the Historic Property
Baxter Manor is a treasured historic property. We ask all guests to treat the home and its furnishings with care and respect.
Please do not move furniture, artwork, antiques, or décor in an unreasonable manner.
If a chair, book, or small decorative item is temporarily repositioned for a photograph, it must be returned exactly to its original location before departure.
Damage & Cleaning Fees
- Damage to furnishings, décor, artwork, or the property may result in charges of up to $200.
- Excessive cleanup resulting from the photo shoot may incur a $100 cleaning fee.
Shared Property Notice
Please remember that you are not reserving exclusive use of the property.
During your session:
- Innkeepers and housekeeping staff may be working throughout the manor.
- Bed and breakfast guests may be entering or exiting common areas.
- Courtesy toward guests and staff is expected at all times.
For example, if you are photographing on the staircase and a guest needs to pass through, please temporarily relocate to another area.
Social Media & Sharing
We love seeing the creative work produced at Baxter Manor.
If you share your images on social media, we appreciate being tagged whenever possible. We also welcome being included in client galleries and published work.
When sharing your photographs on our website, blog, or social media platforms, we will always credit photographers, creators, models, and participating businesses whenever possible.
